19 year old Regina
hails from the St. Michael Parish in Barbados and is currently at
university where she is studying Biochemistry. Her ambition is to
complete her studies and train to be a paediatrician in the future.
Describing herself as a “fun girl” who often “makes others smile” she
enjoys living in the tropical paradise of Barbados. Regina likes to
listen to RnB music and her favourite cuisine is Chinese.
In Her Own Words...
"Hello, World! My name is Regina Ramjit.
I am the last of three
sisters, who have all had a fruitful history in pageantry in Barbados.
As an island girl, my love for the sun, sea and sand is undeniable. In
my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family at the beach,
modeling and rowing. Personally, I have a strong, yet warm, character. I
am a pursuer of happiness; peace and love and my admiration and
attraction towards children have charted my goal of, one day, becoming a
Pediatrician.
Through the Miss Barbados
World experience, I have grown very attached to my purpose in life,
which I believe is to make the difference in the lives of children which
also guides my dedication to my charity “The Wish Campaign” which
grants the wishes of terminally ill children in Barbados."
